Specialized Products

The CDC recommends usage of a labeled hospital-grade disinfectant with claims against similar pathogens to the coronavirus. Multiple products in the SERVPRO product line carry the EPA-approved emerging pathogens claims. While there is currently no product tested against this particular strain of the coronavirus, we are following all guidelines as provided by the CDC and local authorities.

Fogging

SERVPRO Fog is a cost-effective way to be preventative in fighting the virus. With fogging, we are able to cover a more exact area as well as disinfect the air. If all electronics are turned off and unplugged, the fog will reach and touch any areas missed in wiping. The dwell time is 10 minutes and dries without any residue or film that needs to be wiped.

It is recommended that surfaces be cleaned first to be considered 'disinfected'. If not cleaned first, it is considered 'sanitizing'.
